Please help me understand how this makes sense. 80% of the Plum Lounge were Elite card holders, the other 20% are the black cards. The icing on this cake is they are only open 3 days a week! BTW they lowered the drink price in the Plum Lounge. They are charging at the entry, no bar just a cooler on wheels, drinks are more expensive, food was bland except for chicken, no salt and pepper shakers on the table, no bottled water. (Rewards are earned and used in the Calander year, not changed mid-year) The alternative was for me to go across the casino to a new 'lounge' they created for the lesser status player i.e., me (exact words used) Upon arrival you are corralled around a barrier cattle style. First the Plum lounge, I was told I couldn't enter after years of be an Elite card holder. All of the earned rewards/perks were ripped away without notice. That was our first and LAST visit to this inconsiderate, petty, greedy, poorly-ran establishment.

To be fair, the music was perfect and the place was relatively clean, but we concluded as a consensus that none of us will ever go back there again. The whole point is that we walked in the door prepared to entertain ourselves with the $35,000 we brought, yet ended up gambling it in Columbus because Hard Rock had no respect for first-time visitors. However, we did play for a few minutes for $200, then left and went back to Columbus.
